This policy explains what Ethan Sun ("we") collects when you apply on this site, and how it is used.

What we collect

When you fill out the application we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number and your answers to the questions. If you book a call, our scheduling tool (Calendly) collects the time you pick and the phone number you give for the call.

How we use it

To review your application and contact you about it.
To send confirmations and reminders for a call you booked, by email and, if you agreed, by text.
To keep a record of applications so we can follow up.

Text messages

We only text you if you check the text-message box on the application. Checking it is optional and is not required to apply. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site and deliver messages: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages), Calendly (scheduling) and a CRM to organize applications. They process your information only to provide these services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep application records for as long as needed to follow up, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails, email [email protected]. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
